Why Our 50s Are the Perfect Time for a Wellness Reboot

So here’s the thing, our 20s were about survival (ramen, anyone?). Our 30s were about career hustle and maybe raising families. Our 40s? The “how on earth did I get here so fast?” decade. And then—cue the confetti—we arrived at our 50s and suddenly, we realized something: this is our time.
